When booking please try to fill up spaces on a trip that has already got seats booked, this increases the chances of the trip going ahead as we need a minimum of 8 seats booked to start any trip, also the more people onboard = more fun !!!

When paying online with your bank card please put a space in your postcode (ie - AB1 2CD)

If there are any problems making payment online please contact us by leaving your phone number. One of our staff will get in touch and will be happy to discuss and arrange your booking.

All bookings are subject to weather. Your Captain will make a final decision on the day if it is safe or not to go ahead with your trip as he is responsible for all persons on board. The Captain has the final say.

The minimum height to ride the Kraken is 4ft.

Please note, if you do not see a time or date that suits you don't hesitate to get in touch with us, we can put on extra trips providing we have the numbers to meet minimum requirements.

If you book seats on a tour that only has 7 or fewer seats sold 24 hours before your booking date we will contact you to talk about options on moving you to a different time or date that suits you or a full refund. We try our best to get walk-ons on the day but this is not guaranteed.

We will be introducing more time slots throughout the day when demand increases.

Please make sure you and your party arrive 20 minutes before your booking starts to allow for checking in and getting all persons fitted with a life jacket and a quick safety brief, we run to a timetable which if late can have a knock-on effect for later trips. We cannot issue any refunds if you fail to turn up on time.
